Another tax season is almost upon us – and it begins on January 24, 2022! As we approach the start of tax season, we wanted to update all our clients and friends of the firm on our operating procedures this year.

As we have done for the last couple years, you can drop of your tax documents in the locked parcel box outside the office and pick up your completed taxes at the door.  Everything is protected from the weather, and it is secure behind lock and key.  The parcel box is bolted to a large cement pad, so it is very secure.  We value your safety and ours.  Our goal is to work as safely and seamlessly as possible.  You are also welcome to email your documents to us at our company email: sandccpa@gmail.com. You may also mail your tax documents to us as well at:

Shank & Company, CPA

10716 Windingway Dr.

Harrison, OH 45030

We are always available to discuss your taxes with you in a multitude of ways, whichever is convenient for you, such as via email (sandccpa@gmail.com), video meeting (Zoom, Google Meet, through Facebook, etc.) or phone call at 513-535-0100. We have never charged clients for emailed or phone questions.  We welcome the opportunity to serve you and answer all your business and tax questions.

If you cannot drop your taxes off or pick them up, call us and arrange for us to pick up your tax documents and drop off your finished taxes at your residence. We offer this service for no additional charge to all clients.

As always, please reach out to us via Messenger, email, text, or phone call. Stay tuned for an updated list of the documents you might need to provide us to complete your income taxes this year.

If we can be of service to you even after tax season, do not hesitate to reach out to us.  We love to hear from our clients and friends!
